Invest in Natural Urban Farms
In order to raise additional capital of approximately One Hundred Fifty
Thousand dollars ($150,000.00), TLW shall issue three hundred (300)
Class B membership interests at a price of five hundred dollars
($500.00) per Class B membership interest. The fully funded Class B
membership interest shall be worth forty percent (40%) of the profit
and loss allocation of the Company.
Each Class B membership interest shall be worth 0.00133 percent of
the profit and loss allocation of the Company. A Membership Certificate
shall evidence each Class B membership interest. The holder of such
Class B membership interest shall be referred to as a Class B Member
and shall have such designations, preferences and rights as set forth
in the Operating Agreement.
A copy of the TRULY LIVING WELL NATURAL URBAN FARM, LLC
Operating Agreement will be issued to each Class B member and is
available for review by any applicants.
